Now for the critique:
1. Drawing the hands folded behind the back is a classic way to keep from having to draw hands, lol. I suggest you practice your anatomy, that way you won't have to worry about hiding her hands anymore, and you can give her a wider range of poses! Hands are much easier to draw if you think of them like cubes. There are lots of great tutorials here on Deviantart that will help!
2. Do you know anyone who turns their feet inward like that? It looks unnatural and awkward, and like she might tip over. Use reference photos if you have trouble drawing the feet facing forward, because it can be tricky, but it's still a great skill to learn.
Overall, I think this is a great start! I would really like to see you practice your anatomy a little bit, but I think once you have a handle on the basics, you will go far. Keep up the good work!
